Fourth short-term mobility with students in Finland.

After the short-term virtual mobility in Portugal where each school started to incorporate solutions After the short-term mobility in Portugal, where each school began to incorporate solutions to the problems encountered using 3D design through SketchUp, now in this final part of the project, the students worked on the concepts learned about augmented reality through the Twinnmotion program to show the solutions to the environmental problems.

The COVID-19 Pandemic forced us to cancel the 5-day short-term mobility to take place during November 2020 and request a project duration extension until 30/06/2021. However, with the pandemic situation getting worse, Physical Mobilities were replaced by Virtual Mobilities. So, finally the 4rd short-term virtual mobility could be hosted by Lappeenrannan Lyson lukio – Lappeenranta, Finland, will take place during 17 – 21/05/2021, with the following Agenda:

May 17: Arriving in Lappeenranta

May 18: Getting to know the town and our school

May 19: Views on green city life with an online meeting Online meeting includes a lecture on green urban solutions and rainwater harvesting. Another online lecture will tell about Lappeenranta Green Leaf city 2021

May 20: Sustainable solutions 

First we have presented the work we have done from our virtual mobility in Portugal and then we conducted an international online debate on the topic “Banning sales of cars powered by fossil fuels in the EU from 2030”.

May 21: Goodbye and farewell
